1. Clean and cut vegetables and boil with cinnamon cloves and salt . 2. Grind turmeric ,red chillies ,garlic ,ginger and cumin ,using vinegar . Slit green chillies . 3.Grind onions coarsely . 4. Heat fat .Fry ground spices , add vegetables ,remaining vinagar ,water and and slit green chilies .Simmer for 10 minutes .
