Directions | How to make Vegetable Jalfreezi
 
1. Cut all the vegetables in large cubes. other than tomatoes. 2. Pureey the tomatoes. 3. Fry all the vegetables seperately. (potatoes, then capsicum etc} 4. After all the vegatables are fried and kept aside. Heat little oil in pan and add thickly crushed garlic, without the garlic changing colour ass the tomato paste and hot & sweet chilli sauce. (Can add regular tomato sauce) 5. Cook the paste on high heat till the mixture leaves oil. 6. Add the vegetables in the mixture and add salt cook for 5-6 mins. 7. Garnish with spring onions.
Recipe Tips
Fry all the vegetables seperately. Without vegetables changing colour. Capsicum, mushroom, beans, paneer to be cooked for less time. fry potatoes, onions & cauliflower till they turn golden
