Directions | How to make Vegetable Koki
 
1. Mix all the ingredients properly now add water and make dough. 2. Take a small ball size lump of dough. Now roll it slightly using dry flour. 3. Flatten these balls and roll like any other parantha. 4. Pre-heat the tawa. Turn it and spread little oil or ghee and shallow fry over low heat. Turn it again and spread ghee/oil on the other side. Cook both sides till golden brown. 5. Serve Hot with curd or pickles.
