Peel and quarter potatoes . Wash cauliflower and break in floweretts with the leaves . Peel carrots and cut into 1'' pieces . Shell peas.Peel and slice onions and ginger . Slitg green chillies .Grate coocnut and prepare three exttractions ,thick ,medium and thin . Extract lime juice .Heat oil .Saute onions ,green chilllies and ginger and cook till onion ids tender .Add turmeric and potatoes .Saute for a few minutes .Add third extraction of coconut milk .Cook gently till potatoes are 3/4 done . Add carrots , cauliflower ,peas and salt . Simmer till vegetables are cooked . Add carrots , chopped tomatoes and second extraction of coconut milk. Simmer .Add lime juice and test for seasoning .Add first extraction of coconut milk. Remove from fire and mix gently .
