Directions | How to make Vegetable Pulao
 
1)Wash rice and soak well for 5 mins.Keep aside. 2)Dry roast Cinnamon,Coriander seeds & Cloves.Keep aside. 3)In a grinder make a fine paste by adding coconut,cinnamon,coriander seeds,Cloves,garlic,Ginger,Green Chillies & Mint leaves. 4)In a frying pan heatoil,add cumin seeds,let that splutter,add sliced onions fry it for few seconds,then add grinded paste fry for a min,then add veggies mix well that the veggie is well coated by paste,add soya chunks mix well.Add salt & mix well.(All this has to done on low heat). 5)Add this to soaked rice and cook. 6)When rice is prepared,add fried&cubed bread & cahews(if you are using)to it and mix.Add Salt if required. Serve Hot with Cucumber raita!
