Directions | How to make Vegetable Pulao
 
1. Wash rice with water. Take a pot of water.Boil the water,after it boils give the rice in it. Remove the rice when it is 90% cooked. Drain the water and keep it aside. 2.Cut cauliflower,beans into small pieces. Put the soyabean in lukewarm water and cut into small pieces 3.Heat oil in a kadai. first fry the cauliflower,then onions,cashewnuts,soyabeanrest of the vegetables in it. Don't fry it much. 4. Add garam masala powder,salt,chilli powder and mix it properly. 5.After 2-3 minutes,add the rice and raisins. 6.Mix it in low flame till all the rice is coated with vegatables & masalas. 7.Finally finish it off with coriander leaves
