Recipe of Vegetable Shampai Rolls
Ingredient Name	Unit	Quantity

Ajnamoto	pinch	1
Cornflour	tbsp	1
Finely chopped carrots,beans,cabbage -	cup	1
Ginger garlic paste	tbsp	1
Grated paneer	tbsp	3
Green chilli finely chopped	0	4
Maida	tbsp	3
Pepper powder	tsp	1/4
Tomato sauce	tbsp	2 or 3

Maida and cornflour mix well and make like dosa batter. Make dosa on pan with this flour. Fry only one side donot make it crispy. Mix all beans,carrot,cabbage,gingergarlicpaste, ajnamoto, tomatosauce,pepper powder, salt, greenchillies,and grated paneer In dosa put all the above mixture and roll it closing the edges cut dosa into three pieces if its big or else just cover the edges In pan heat oil and defry these rolls in medium flame this will be fried in just a minute and serve with sauce
