Directions | How to make Vegetable Cutlet
 
Boil the mixed vegetables and potatoes seperately. Drain and keep aside Heat the ghee in a pan add the ginger-garlic paste and green chillies and fry .Add the cashewnuts, other spices, coriander leaves and fry for a minute. Add all the drained mixed vegetables to this masala and mix them well. Fry till all moisture is totally lost. Now add mashed potatoes and salt to taste. Cook on low flame and remove from stove. Take some mixture in hand and make it a flat round small puris and shallow fry on both sides till golden brown.
Recipe Tips Serving Ideas
You can use the same method to prepare patties using soy or veggie patties for burgers or just eat a healthy snack Eat it hot with ketchup or hot sauce. Also goes well with green chutney.
