Directions | How to make Vegetarian Chili
 
Coat a Dutch oven with cooking spray; add oil and place over medium heat until hot. Add onion, green pepper and celery; sauté for five minutes, or until onion is tender.
Add beans and remaining ingredients, except tofu. Bring to a boil. Cover; reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes. Add tofu; stir gently. Cover and simmer 10 additional minutes
