1. mix coconut water, pineapple juice, ice cream and powdred sugar in ajug and keep in the refrigerator till serving time.
2. at serving time, put the mixture in blender. add 1 cup of ice cubes or crushed ice and blend till smooth and ice dissoives.
3. put some ice cubes in the glasses and pour the drink. garnish with fresh unpeeled pineapple triangles or place a mint leaf on the rim of the glass and press the slit of the cherry on it to fix the leaf along with cherry.
