Boil the potatoes in water until well cooked. peel and mash them.
Heat oil in a pan. add curry leaves, gratd coconut, finely chopped onion and green Chillies. fry on low fire for 2 minuties, then add chillies powder, salt powder and Mashed potatoes. star well. keep on low fire for 2 minuties more and remove.
serve with dosas, chapatis or rice.
