1.Mix all the ingredients and rub the mixture till it resembels fine breadcrumbs.Then add the water, little by little, to knead it into a soft dough. Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
2.Line the bottom of a removable tin with this dough, Keeping aside a little bit for making the strips on the top. Prick the base and the sides with a fork. Then this base for 20 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees c.Keep aside.
