Recipe of Arati Karam

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Curry Leaves 4 cloves Numbers
Garlic 3 Piece
Urad Dal 1 Teaspoons
Mustard Seeds 1 Teaspoons
Cumin Seeds 1 Teaspoons
Salt as per req To Taste
Red Chilli Powder 2 Teaspoons
Oil as req for deep fry Grams
Raw Banana 1 Numbers
Hing as per req Pinch
Turmeric Powder 1/4 Teaspoons
Tamarind Juice 4-5 Teaspoons

Directions

Remove the upper layer of the raw banana. Cut the banana into round slices(Not too thick or not too thin slices). Take oil in a pan and fry the slices till the slice is cooked. Dont let the slice to become brown color. Now take the fried slice into a bowl and add Tamarind, Red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powderand mix it well. Now take 4-5 tbsp of oil, let it heat. Now add urad dal, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, hind, garlic & Curry leaves. Now add this tadka to the banana mixture.
