Ingredients used in Badhusha
• All purpose flour - 1 cup.
• Butter - 1 tablespoon.
• Sugur - 2 cups.
• Oil - 1 cup.
• Water - as required.
Method:
  • Take 1 cup of all purpose flour. Pour this 3 tablepspoon of butter into the flour.
  • Add little water. Make soft dough. Cover it with a cover for 15 minutes .
  • Take water and sugar and boil it to make thick syrup. If the syrup becomes thick, add some more water and heat it again Take the dough and make small sized balls.
  • Flatten slightly and twist the sides using fingertips decoratively and shape the edges.
  • Prepare all the badhushas and keep closed.
  • Heat oil over medium flame. Deep fry the badhushas until golden brown.
  • Put them immediately into the sugar syrup for about 5 to 8 minutes.

Place them on a plate.

i think u add more ghee in ur bhathusa so only it came very bad,u try to add 2spoon ghee,it ll be come execellent u ll try this all the best

I tried to prepare badhusha as per the instructions given in the recipe, but it was a total flop. While frying them, they just dissolved in oil. Can you please corrct me on what could have gone wrong?
