Recipe of Bagala bhath

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Mustard Seeds 1 Grams
Split Black Gram 5 Grams
Ginger 5 Grams
Green Chillies 3 Grams
Oil 10 Grams
Milk 50 Grams
Cards 50 Grams
Vermicelli 100 Grams
Curry Leaves 1 Numbers
Salt To Taste

Directions

1. Boil Vermicelli.mix with and curds.

2. add salt, curry leaves.

3. Heat oil. add green chillies, ginger, black gram and mustard seeds

4. pour over vermicelli. mix well. garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves.

For the temperring mustard seeds, bengal gram, red chillies green chillies and ginger can be used instead. fried nuts can also be mixed with the bagala bhath.
