Recipe of Baked Fish

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Fish Fillets 500 Grams
Potatoes, Peeled And Cubed 2 Numbers
Milk 1/2 Cup
Maida 1 Tablespoons
Oregano 1/4 Teaspoons
Black Pepper 1/4 Teaspoons
Salt To Taste
Butter 2 Tablespoons
Lemon Juice 1 Tablespoons
Grated Cheese 1/4 Cup

Directions

  1. Clean the fillets and make into serving size pieces
  2. Marinate the fillets with 1/4 tsp salt and lemon juice
  3. Keep aside for 1/2 hour
  4. Arrange the fillets in the baking casserole
  5. Place potatoes peices over it
  6. In a pan, heat butter
  7. When it melts, add cornflour, roast till aroma comes
  8. Add milk and stir continuously so no lumps are formed
  9. Add oregano and salt as per taste
  10. When thickens pout it over fish fillets
  11. Sprinkle black pepper
  12. Sprinkle the grated cheese
  13. Bake it at 375 degree F for 40-45 minutes
  14. Serve with bread
