Recipe of Baked Prawn in Mustard
1. Clean and devein prawns. Add salt and turmeric powder and mix well. 2. Grind mustard seeds, 4 whole green chilies and salt to a fine paste adding water as required. 3. In a baking bowl mix the prawns with the mustard mixture and coconut milk. Add 4 sliced green chilies. 4. Bake in a oven at 300 deg Fahrenheit for about 15 minutes till done. Can also be cooked in a microwave oven: cooking time approximately 8 minutes. 5. Serve hot with rice.
