Recipe of Baklawa Pastry

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Flour 2 1/2 Cup
Vegetable Oil 2 Tablespoons
Salt Pinch
Water (Meduim Heated) 1/4 Cup
Eggs 2 Numbers
Starch 1 Cup

Directions

Beat the eggs and add them to the flour, vegetable oil, salt and water and mix until you get a soft and well-knit dough. This may take about 15 minutes After that take the dough and divide it into 10 pieces made into round balls Spread some starch on the table and start to thin the dough balls one after one to become 20 cm round and it may reach 35cm.

Chef I want to try this Baklava pastry without eggs ..can it be possible ???If yes than can you tell me how to make Baklava Patry without adding eggs in it
