Recipe of Barley Dosa

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Methi Seeds 1 Tablespoons
Urad Dal 1 Cup
Barley 2 Cup

Directions

Take a bowl add Barley,Urad dal,fenugreek seeds, wash and soak for 6-8 hrs. After 6-8 hrs blend it into a fine paste and keep it for ferment it for over night. Next day add salt and mix. Heat tava pour the batter and spread it apply oil just like simple dosa. Its delicious with any chutney and very low cholestrol and builds HDL. Eating healthy is a good start for our future generation.
