Description: custard made from custard pdr and fruit

Custard is a yummy and delicous recipe loaded with mixed flavors of fruits nicely combined with milk, custard powder and cream to give a smooth and nice texture

Recipe of basic fruit custard

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Sugar 150 Grams
Milk 500 ml
Custard Pdr 3 Tablespoons
Mix Fruits 500 Grams
Cream 100 ml

Directions

  1.   Heat milk and in some milk add custard pdr and dissolve  add sugar to milk and bring it to boil.
  2. Add the custard and milk mixture to boiling milk and mix continuously till it is thick and coats back of spoon cool down add cream and fruits ,serve cold.

Hi! Looks like a great recipe, but what is custard powder? Is it pudding mix? The custards I grew up making used eggs for thickner.
