1.Sieve flour. beat curds well. 2. add salt and melted fat and curds to the flour 3.add suffcient water to make a stiff dough 4. divide the dough into even sized balls lightly flatten, press in the centre.with the thumb 5. with a sharp knife slit across in the centre of the ball without cutting through. 6. fry these in fat till golden brown in colour 7. serve them piping hot with a littel melted fat poured over.
