Description : beans and aloo cooked together and topped with some coconut

cumin seeds	tsp	1
green chilli	number	4
oil	tbsp	2
onions	grams	50
salt	to taste
shredded coconut	tbsp	2
Turmeric powder	pinch	1
urad dal	tsp	1
Directions \| How to make Beans Aloo Curry

In a pan add oil after the oil gets heated, just add cumin seeds urad dal and turmeric powder, after a while add chopped onions chopped green chilli (according to spice level as adding chilli powder does not give a gud taste) after onions get slight golden color add finely chopped beans (cut into very small pieces as small as onions) cook for a min or so and add potato and salt to taste . let them cook for a while (cover them with a lid) after some time when they are well done add some cumin powder and coriander powder. finally top it with coconut powder.....(mix occasionally so it wont get burnt)
