first clean the beef with water nicely,and add turmeric, some water, salt and cook it on a pressure cooker, for just 2 to 3 whistles. not more than that. you just half cook it. then remove the water from it, add curd,all masala items,red food colour. then after 15 mins deep fry the beef pieces in the oil. pakoda is ready to serve.add curry leaves into it.
