Description
Beerakaya Curry is a simple and delicious dish from the Andhra cuisine. It is fantastic dry fry curry with mild spices.

Recipe of Beerakaya curry

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
jeera  1/2 Teaspoons
garlic  7-8 Clove
oil  1 Tablespoons
beerakaya(sweet )  1000 Grams
red chilli powder  1 Teaspoons
sugar  1/2 Teaspoons
Salt   To Taste

Directions
Wash and peel beerakaya make long 2 inchec pieces.

Put one kadai on gas add oil add jeera let it sputter add garlic .

Add the beerakaya pieces keep one lid for some time .Now add salt cook till all water evaporates and the pieces becomes tender.

Now add the chilli powder mix well if you want add the milk if you want.Goes well with roti as well as rice.
