Recipe of BEETROOT RICE

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Curry Leaves
Cashews
Onions
Cumin Seeds
Ginger-Garlic Paste
Green Chilly
Salt
Dhaniya Powder
Fresh Grated Coconut Or Dry Coconut Powder
Poppy Seeds
Beetroot
Rice 2 Cup
Coriander Leaves
Green Peas
Amchur Powder
Whole Garam Masala
Garam Masala Powder

Directions

 Cook Rice and Let it Cool.  For the Masala Grind Cococnut powder , Dhaniya Powder, G&G Paste, Gasagasaalu, Chilly to a nice powder and keep aside  Peel the beetroot and grate it and keep aside.  In oil add Cumin, whole Garam Masala, Cahews, Curry Leaves then add Chopped Onions and add salt to it and fry until they are slightly brown.  And now add the grated Beetroot to it and fry them until oil comes out of it then  Add green peas and Dry mango powder ,Garam masala to it.  Now add the cooked rice to it.  And mix well… And Enjoy the Tasty Beetroot Riceby adding coriander leaves.
