Recipe of Beetroot rice

Coriander Leaves 2 Springs
Oil For Frying
Salt To Taste
Peas 1/2 Cup
Onion 1 Small
Green Chilli 4 Numbers
Gasagasallu 1 Tablespoons
Garlic 4 Clove
Ginger 1 Slice
Dhaniya Pwd 1 Tablespoons
Coconut Pwd 1 Tablespoons
Rice Cooked 2 Cup
Beetroot Grated 1 Cup
Curry Leaves 1 Springs
Whole Garam Masala 1 Teaspoons
Cashew Nuts 2 Tablespoons
Cumin Seeds 1 Tablespoons

Directions

First of all for the masala grind Cococnut pwd,dhaniya pwd,ginger,garlic,gasagasallu,chilligrind to to anice powder and keep aside Now peel the beetroot and grate . Cook the rice separately and let it cool. Take a vessel add oil in it then add cumin seeds,whole garam masala,cahews,curry leaves then add chopped onions and add salt to it and fry until they are slightly brown then add the ground masala until the oil comes out of itand now add the grated beetroot to it and fry them until oil comes out of it then add green peas to it.and smmer it for few seconds now add the cooked rice to it.and mix well and simmer it for few more seconds and atlast garnish it with coriander leaves now you can enjoy eating beetroot rice
