Recipe of Berambuttu

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Bolied Rice. Fried Powdered 4 Teaspoons
Salt 2 Pinch
Water 3 Cup
Jaggery 2 Small
Melted Ghee 4 Teaspoons


Pour water into a vessel. warm it on low fire and add rice flour and salt. keep stirring till it boils. then add jaggery and ghee. stir for 2 minutes more and remove from fire.

serve hot or cold
