Pav Bhaji masala  1 Teaspoons
Green Peas  2 Tablespoons
Beans  5 Numbers
Capsicum  1 Numbers
Potato  2 Numbers
Carrot  1 Numbers
Coriander leaves (Chopped)  4 Teaspoons
Ginger Garlic Paste  1/2 Teaspoons
Tomato  1 Numbers
Onion  2 Numbers
Red Chilli Powder  1/4 Teaspoons
Water  2 cups
Lemon wedges  4 Numbers
ghee / oil  2 Teaspoons

Directions
Peel, wash and grate 1No. Onion and Tomato Wash, peel, boil and grate potatoes. Wash and chop carrot, capsicum, beans and the remaining 1no. onion. Heat ghee / Oil, add grated Onions and fry well, then add ginger garlic paste and saute till the raw smell goes. then add grated tomato and fry well. Add Red Chilli Powder and Pav Bhaji Masala and salt. saute for 2 minutes. Then add vegetables, mashed potato and water. Cover and cook till the vegetables are tender. using a masher, lightly mash the vegetables. Turn off the flame. Add little butter, garnish with coriander leaves and top with chopped onions. serve with pav and lemon wedges. lemon wedges can be squeezed over the baji.
