Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Whole Meat Flour 500 Grams
Rava 150 Grams
Egg 1 Numbers
Powdered Sugar 100 Grams
Nutmeg Powder 120 Grams
Cashewnuts 2 Teaspoons
Cardamom Powder 2 Teaspoons
Toddy 1/2 Bottle
Oil 4 Tablespoons
Salt To Taste

Directions

• Mix flour and rava. • Add powdered sugar, cashew nuts, oil, sugar, salt, nutmeg powder and cardamom powder. • Mix toddy and prepare dough. • Cover it and keep it for 3 hours in a warm place. • Roll out thick rounds from the dough. • Fry them over medium flame. • Serve hot with tea.
