Recipe of Bhendi Paratha

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Ladies Finger 250 Grams
Jeera 1/2 Tablespoons
Chilli Powder 1 Tablespoons
Garma Masala 1/2 Numbers
Salt To Taste
Onion 100 Grams
Wheat Flour 250 Grams

Directions

  1. Take a Pan, put oil and saute jeera
  2. Fry bhendi and onion, add chilli powder, garam masala powder
  3. Take a big bowl put wheat flour, salt and the bendi mixture
  4. Mix gradually, and keep it aside for 1 hour
  5. Make small balls of it and roll them and roast them on a tava

Serve with dals or vegetable gravy
