Chopped Cilantro 1/2 Cup
Oil 2 Teaspoons
Tomatoes 3 Large
Cumin 1/8 Teaspoons
Coriander Paste Or Powder 1/4 Teaspoons
Garlic Paste Or Powder 1/4 Teaspoons
Medium Onions, Chopped 2 Numbers
Okra 1 Pound


Cut the tip and the very bottom from the okra just to clean it, but do not slice.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add onion and cook for 3 minutes.
Add all ingredients except okra, tomato and cilantro. Cook for 3 minutes. Add okra, then cook for 6 to 8 minutes. Garnish with tomato and cilantro.
Serve the bhindi bhaji with rice, naan or pita bread.

I'm trying this later today, but for the other commenter cilantro is also known as (and certainly only known as in the UK) fresh corriander (ie the herb) ie you'd be buying a bundle of fresh corriander leaves if you don't grow your own.

I m a great fan of chef sanjay thumma. i have tried most of his recipies thru video & all were successful. thank you very much. i wantd to try more recipies from ur website bt sum dont hve videos. so its difficult for me to understand sum of the ingredients posted. like for bhindi sabji u hve used cilantro wich i dont hve idea wat it is. so pls its a request tht for sum diificult ingredients add simpler meanings too may be in hindi. so tht i gt to cook more from ur website.
