Directions

  1. cut onions into very thin slices, sprinkle corn flour on top of the onions and mix it then deep fry till they aregloden brown colour.fry in medium heat

hi chef, i was to be called the lousiest person to be found in kitchen. well,no wonder.....by my husband. i tried cooking your hyderabadi chicken biriyani recipe as he is from hyderabad and he loves it. after tasting it,he said aloud,"thank god and thanks chef sanjay thumma for this wonderful food".i am still to be called the lousiest one around.
