Cut the Bitter guord into long thin pieces, apply salt and keep aside for half an hour.
Drain out excess water from the Bitter guord.
Put oil in the pan tamper with mustard seeds, jeera seeds, ginger garlic paste then add bitter guord pieces and fry.
Add onion, salt, jaggery to it.
Close with the lid and cook till the onions and the bitter guord is soft, now add sesame powder to it, leave it for a minute, remove from fire.
