Directions | How to make Blackeyed Beans Curry(Bobbarlu Kura)
1.soak the black eyed beans overnight. 2.cook the beans in the pressure cooker till they are soft but hold the shape and mashed consistency. 3.while cooking u can add bay leaves , green cardamom, to get rid of the beans smell and sliced onions to make sweeter. 4.chop onions , tomatoes, slice green chillies and keep it aside. to prepare the dish: take a saute pan and heat it through and add jeera and add onions,green chillies,tomatoes and cook it till they are cooked through now add ginger garlic paste and saute till the raw flavour goes off. add turmeric to the mixture and red chillip owder to it. now add the cooked beans to the mixture and simmer it on a low flame till they are all mixed and check the consistency as if u like it a bit gravy u can add some water or more or less it is done add salt to the mixture and garnish with coriander(chopped )leaves.

Serving Ideas
cook the beans in pressure cooker as it makes the cooking them faster and adding whole garam masala.
serve it with chappati or jeera rice.
