Directions | How to make Blackeyed Pea Vada
Soak the alasandas for 3-4 hrs and remove the peel by smashing with hand.
Take a cloth and rub the alasandas till it become dry.
Take a hand full of alasandas and keep aside.
Grind the rest of all alasandas, green chillies, ginger and salt( if required add 2 tsp of water)till it becomes hard batter.
To this add chopped onions, hand full of alasandas which we kept aside(so that it will be crunchy).
With the help of a cloth and little water take the dough and shape them like vada.
Heat oil in a frying pan and drop the vada and fry it till golden brown and remove it.
Serve it with karam chutney.
