Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Vodka 1.5 fl. oz.
Tomato Puree/juice 3 fl. oz.
Lemon Juice Tamarind - A Very Small Ball 1/2 fl. oz.
Sugar 1/2 Teaspoons
Chilly Powder Freshly Ground Pepper - As Reqd 1/4 Teaspoons
Ice Cubes 4-5 Numbers
Salt Crystal Cucumber(cut Into Long Sticks And Seeds Removed 1 Numbers


1)Extract 1 tsp of pulp from tamarind and mix the sugar in it.

2)Keep it in a steel bowl/ cup for 15 mins.

3)Mix together tomato juice/ puree, chilly powder, pepper and salt with the lemon juice. Keep aside.

4)Fill the glass with ice.

5)Pour the vodka first into a tall glass.

6)Add the tamarind juice and finally the tomato mix. Stir gently.

7)Insert the cucumber stick into the glass and serve.
