Recipe of bongulo chicken
|Ginger Garlic Paste||2 spoons|
|Chilli Powder||2 spoons|
1.Cut the chicken into small pieces and wash them very thoroughly. 2.Marnite cicken with chilli pdr,salt,turmeric,ginger garlic paste,oil and what ever masalas you like . 3. Take a bamboo stem which is empty inside,stuff this marinated chicken pieces from bottom of the stem to top of the stem inside.on the top of the stem leave some space so as to close the stem with bamboo leaves(imagine bamboo stem as a bottle which is filled with water(chicken) inside and close the bottle with cap(leaves of bamboo). 4.so now keep the stems in the camp fire or grill until the bamboo stem turns into black color. 5.Now remove from fire and let it cool down for some time now open the stem and remove all chicken pieces from inside of bamboo stem. 6.Now its ready to taste the dish.
