Recipe of Boti Kebab

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit

Ginger  2 Numbers
Garlic  5 Numbers
Red Chili Powder  5 Teaspoons
curd  1/2 Cup
onion  1 Large
Coriander powder  1 Teaspoons
Turmeric powder  1/2 Teaspoons
Cumin seed powder  1/2 Teaspoons
Cloves  6 Numbers
Salt   To Taste

Directions
1.Wash the meat and cut into cubes.
