Recipe of bottlegaurd payasam
Take a pan ,pour two spoons of ghee and fry dryfruits and keep them separatre in a plate. Now in the same pan fry bottlegaurd (gratted) for 3 mins ,if wants some more ghee can be added . Fry for 3 minutes in a medium flame. Add coconut milk if coconut milk not available, normal milk can be used. Boil the mixture for 5 to 10 mins. Add jaggery or sugar and cook it in medium flame for 2 to three minutes till l the jagery melts and cooked in bottlegaurd. Finally add fried dryfruits which were kept aside. Now tasty sorakaya payasam ready . ( It is simple and easy to cook)
