Cook bottlegaurd till soft ( 1 wisthle in the cooker ) grind it in mixie to fine paste grind cahshew, and badam to powder shallow fry raisens, cahshew, and badam in ghee Mix milk, jaggery and ground bottle gaurd and cook to boil garnish with raisens, cahshew, and badam mixture
