Recipe of Bread Pakoda with a TWIST

Take the Instant medu vada mix in a broad bowl .Add the besan,chopped green chillies,coriander leaves,crushed black pepper,salt and water to make a batter.The consistency of the batter should be medium and not very thick. cut off the edges of the bread .Take a slice of bread apply the green chutney cover with the other slice of bread cut into triangles .Dip this in the vada batter and deep fry in hot oil.The fact that the batter is made of vada mix ensures that it is very crispy .
The Green chutney can be replaced by tomato ketchup
