This is a recipe of filling of potato masala between two bread slices.

GREEN CORRIANDER  10-15 Leaf
SALT,CHILLI PDR  according To Taste
BOILED POTATOES  4 Numbers
BREAD SLICES  8 Slice
SAUNF  5 Grams
OIL/GHEE   To Fry
MUSTARD SEEDS,CUMIN SEEDS  1 Teaspoons

Directions
STEP 1: BOIL THE POTATOES. STEP 2: PUT LITTLE OIL IN THE PAN STEP 3: ADD LITTLE MUSTARD AND CUMIN SEEDS.LET THEM CRACKLE. STEP 4: ADD CHILLI POWDER. STEP 5: MASH THE POTATOES AND PUT IN THE MASALA. STEP 6: NOW PUT SALT AND SAUNF.MIX IT. STEP 7: TURN OFF THE GAS , LET IT COOL. STEP 8: ADD CORRIANDER OVER IT. STEP 9:SPREAD THIS MIXTURE ON A SLICE AND COVER IT WITH ANOTHER SLICE. STEP 10: SPREAD GHEE ON BOTH THE SIDES AND ROAST FOR 3-5 MIN. TILL TILL IT BECOMES CRISPY
