heat a pan add jeera n green chillies.add finely chopped onions addlittlesaltsothat it browns evenly.when it turns goldenbrown adddhania powder. in themeanwhile just microwave brocolli andpotatoes for 4mts after sprinkling with littlewater .nowaddthebrocolli andpotato and let it mix wellwith the spicesadd the garammasala and let it simmer for 2 mts .your dish is ready
