Directions | How to make Burnt Brinjal Chutney ( Sutta Badane Kai Chutney)
1. Apply oil round the brinjal ad burn it on a stove in medim/ sim flame holding the stem in ur hand 2. burn the brinjal till the skin peels cracking and u smell it slightly burnt. 3. remove the brinjal from flame, peel the skin off and mash it , but not very fine leave few small pieces to be there. 4. Add finely chopped onion tomato, corriander 5 mix well, now add salt to taste, chat masala powder and mix well 6. beat the yoghurt well and mix it to the above said.

Serving Ideas
make sure that brinjal it not burnt too much, just a light burnt smell is a good indication, choose small brinjals as they cook evenly
serve as raita, or dipping for akki rotti, raagi rotti , chapathi or parata
