Moongdal 250 Grams
Onions 1 Small
Green Mirch 2 Numbers
Gingergarlicpaste 1/2 Teaspoons
Turmericpowder Pinch
Salt To Taste
Corianderleaves 1 Tablespoons

Directions

Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan or pressurecooker add greenchillies ,onions .when the onions turn golden brown add ginger garlic paste fry for 2 mins.now add the moongdal{pesarapappu}fry till it turns light brown.now add the chopped cabbage.fry for 5 mins with the lid closed.then sprinkle turmericpowder&salt to taste.add some water required to boil the cabbage and dal.close the lid .after three whistles put off the stove .add some coriander leaves to the finely boiled cabbage pappu.serve hot with chapathis or rice.
