Recipe of Carrot rice

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Salt To Taste
Shrimp 20 Numbers
Chicken 1/2 Lbs
Capsicum 4 Big
Carrot 5 Big
Basmathi Rice 4 Cup
Crushed Red Pepper To Taste
Olive Oil 1/2 cup

Directions

1. Cook basmathi rice and keep it aside. While cooking add some oil so that the rice does not stick. 2. Grate the carrot, cut capsicum into really small pieces, cut chicken also into very small slightly long pieces. 3. Now take a wide pan and put some oil and fry carrot till it changes color and looks like its cooked. Add a pinch of salt and some crushed red pepper. Then fry capsicum, chicken and shrimp similarly but each one has to be done separately and use salt and crushed red pepper for each of these. Chicken may need more red pepper than others. And also remember shrimp requires very little salt or no salt. 4. Now add all these ingredients to rice and mix well. 5.Taste and add more salt as needed. While frying vegetables always add very less salt bcos at the end you can add salt to the rice

Recipe Tips

Frying carrot needs more oil than other ingredients. And add very little salt while frying carrot, capsicum, chicken and shrimp. Then add salt at the end to thhe rice.
