Directions | How to make Cauliflower 65
 
1. Take water and boil. Add little salt and turmeric to water while boiling. Add cauliflower florets to the boiling water and allow to boil for 3-4 min. Then Stain the florets and keep aside. 2. Grind together the eggs, coriander leaves, green chillies and ginger garlic paste. Add salt to the mixture. 3. Take oil in a frying pan and heat it. Dip the boiled florets in the egg mixture and fry in the oil. 4. Serve in a plate and garnish with coriander and green chillies.
Recipe Tips Serving Ideas
Do not overcook cauliflower as they may break. Serve as snack or is good combination for dal and rice.
