1.boil cauliflower drain and set aside. 2.boil green gram and set aside. 3.heat oil in a kadai add cumin and black gram. 4.when they crackle add onion cubes, green chillies, and curry leaves. 5.then add boiled cauliflower. 6.then add ground masala and boil well till the raw flavour is gone. 7.then add the boiled green gram and simmer till the gravy become thick. 8.serve garnished with chopped coriander leaves and fried curry leaves.
