1. Take water and boil. Add little salt and turmeric to water while boiling. Add cauliflower florets to the boiling water and allow to boil for 3-4 min. Then Stain the florets and keep aside. 2. Grind together the eggs, coriander leaves, green chillies and ginger garlic paste. Add salt to the mixture. 3. Take oil in a frying pan and heat it. Dip the boiled florets in the egg mixture and fry in the oil. 4. Serve in a plate and garnish with coriander and green chillies.
Do not overcook cauliflower as they may break.
