Recipe of Cauliflower bhaaji

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Cauliflower 1 Bunch
Green Chilies 4 Numbers
Turmeric Powder 1 Teaspoons
Asafoetida A Pinch
Mustard Seeds 1 Teaspoons
Salt And Sugar To Taste
Oil 1 Tablespoons
Coriander Leaves To Taste
Grated Fresh Coconut For Garnishing To Taste


1. Chop cauliflower into small pieces. Wash in salt water. Set aside.

3. Chop chilies and coriander leaves.

4. Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. As the seeds crackle, add asafoetida, turmeric powder.

5. Add chopped chilies and cauliflower florets. Mix and cover till soft.

6. Remove the lid, add salt, sugar and stir. Remove from the heat once done.

7. Garnish with coriander leaves and coconut.
